About DAMAC Islands 2

DAMAC Islands 2 extends the original Islands community with eight new themed clusters — Bahamas, Bermuda, Tahiti, Barbados, Cuba, Maui, Antigua and Mauritius. Each cluster has its own architecture, planting and character. Four, five and six-bedroom villas and townhouses come with Calacatta gold porcelain, walnut veneer and brushed brass finishes throughout. The Phase 1 launch sold AED 10 billion in units in ten hours. Phase 2 introduces standalone six-bedroom villas not available before, positioned on the largest waterfront plots in the masterplan. The development qualifies for the UAE Golden Visa.
