Is buying property in Dubai a good investment?

Dubai property can offer strong rental yields and capital growth, with no annual property tax and, for qualifying purchases, a 10-year Golden Visa. As with any market, values and rental income can go down as well as up, so returns are always subject to market conditions. What is off-plan property investment?

Off-plan property investment means purchasing a property before it is built, at a pre-construction price. Investors benefit from capital appreciation during the build phase and typically pay through a flexible instalment plan spread over the construction period.

Can I get a UAE Golden Visa through property investment?

Yes. Purchasing a property worth AED 2 million (approximately £430,000) or more in the UAE qualifies investors for a 10-year UAE Golden Visa. DMK Estate guides clients through the entire Golden Visa application process.

Do I need to visit Dubai to buy off-plan property?

No. The entire purchase process can be completed remotely. DMK Estate coordinates reservation agreements, payment transfers to government-regulated escrow accounts, and DLD registration through a Power of Attorney if required. Many UK buyers complete their Dubai property purchase without ever visiting.

How much does DMK Estate charge for its services?

DMK Estate charges zero commission to buyers. We are remunerated directly by developers, meaning our full advisory service is completely free to investors. This ensures our guidance remains entirely impartial.

What should buyers know before investing in overseas property?

Property values and rental income can go down as well as up. Buyers should confirm prices, payment plans, availability, legal costs, taxes and expected rental demand before purchase and seek independent legal, tax and financial advice.
